“Update – All phone systems are now working in Heartland Health Region effective July 19, 2017″ Incoming Call Phone Systems Down at Rosetown Corporate Office, Davidson Primary Care Clinic, Concerns Line and the Mental Health & Addictions Intake Line

Over the weekend (July 15-17) the phones in the Rosetown and District Health Centre, the Rosetown Corporate Office and the Davidson Primary Care Clinic went down.  Since that time a temporary fix has been put in place for the Rosetown and District Health Centre so they are now able to receive incoming calls.  This fix was not able to be put in place for the Rosetown Corporate Office or the Davidson Primary Health Care Clinic.  Late Monday we were made aware that the Toll Free Mental Health and Addictions Intake Line and the Concerns Line were also not working and were ringing busy.  A part for the phone system that houses all these lines has been ordered and is expected to arrive later this week.

In the meantime:

  • If you need to call the Rosetown Corporate Office 306-882-4111, you will need to call the Health Centre at 306-882-2672 ext 0 and asked to be transferred to the Corporate Office.
  • If you need to book a mental health or addictions appointment you need to call the Health Centre at 306-882-2672 ext 0 and asked to be transferred to the Mental Health and Addictions Intake Line.
  • If you need to book an appointment at the Davidson Primary Health Clinic please call the Davidson Health Centre 1-306-567-2801 and they will redirect your call to the clinic.
  • If you need to talk to someone about a concern, call the Health Centre at 306-882-2672 ext 0 and asked to be transferred to the Corporate Office.

Thanks in advance for your understanding and patience during this time.  It is expected things will be back to normal by the end of the week.
