Again, please call the Macklin Medical Clinic for further details on her availability.

The Macklin Medical Clinic Committee and the Heartland Health Region continue to work on the long term strategy that will provide stable, sustainable primary health care services for the community of Macklin and area.

Emergency Medical Services (EMS) continues to operate as usual.  We remind the public in the event of an emergency, please call 911. The closest EMS unit will be dispatched to respond to the illness or injury.

If you have  questions in regards to your health or the health of a family member please call Health Line toll free 24 hrs./day at 811 or online at www.healthlineonline.ca .  You will speak to a Registered Nurse regarding non-emergency health questions. They can also provide advice and help you to decide if you should call 911 to access an ambulance or go to the nearest emergency room

Other services such as Laboratory, X-Ray and visiting Community Based programs (i.e., Public Health Well Baby Clinics, Mental Health Services, Home Care Services, Dietitian, etc.) will continue as normal.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time of transition.
